These terms apply to your use of the PaperPal website and app experience.
Using PaperPal
PaperPal helps you scan paper, improve page readability, recognize text with OCR, organize documents, and export PDFs. You are responsible for the documents you scan and for making sure you have the right to store, process, share, or export them.
Acceptable use
Do not use PaperPal to violate laws, infringe rights, process documents you are not allowed to handle, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are managed through Apple App Store rules and account settings. Any displayed pricing or availability may change before purchase confirmation.
Accuracy
Scanning, page cleanup, OCR, search, and AI-assisted features may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. Review important documents and recognized text before relying on them for legal, financial, medical, academic, or other high-impact decisions.
Availability
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of PaperPal over time. We work to keep the experience reliable, but the app and site are provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.
